Full Service - Monthly collection of rents, inspections (initial and periodic), lease renewals, administration of eviction notices, enforcement of the rules and regulations, communicating with tenants, administering of accounting records of the property, and distribution of owner statements.
Maintenance - General maintenance supervision, 24-hour emergency service, advising the owner of any needed deferred maintenance and safety items, all maintenance requests and vendor contacts while negotiating the best price and services for the owner.
